New members to join Rijksmuseum Supervisory Board

Two new members will join the Rijksmuseum’s Supervisory Board on 1 July 2023. They are lawyer Michaëla Ulrici, partner at NautaDutilh; and Maarten Edixhoven, chairman of the management board of Van Lanschot Kempen. Michaëla Ulrici and Maarten Edixhoven succeed Heleen Kersten and Chris Vogelzang, both of whom are stepping down from the Board having held their respective positions for the maximum period of eight years.
Michaëla Ulrici
Michaëla Ulrici is a partner at law firm NautaDutilh, specialising in the financial sector. From 2010 to mid-2014 she was the firm’s youngest-ever and first female board chair. Ulrici also sits on the supervisory boards of Theater de Meervaart and JINC.
Maarten Edixhoven
Maarten Edixhoven was appointed chair of the management board of wealth management firm Van Lanschot Kempen in 2021, having previously held the positions of CEO at Aegon Nederland, CEO at Zwitserleven and Head of Global Corporate Compliance at ING.
Rijksmuseum Supervisory Board
The Rijksmuseum Supervisory Board is chaired by Alexander Wynaendts, who is also Chair of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank.
