Abstract
"Chang Wu-chun has long focused on the local scenery of Tainan. Through his camera lens, he explores the aesthetic style of everyday places and things. With a photographer's knack for seeing things in unique ways, Chang's photos use strong tones to reveal the special atmospheric settings of the badlands, bamboo forests, and gorges of southern Taiwan. This volume reveals to the public for the first time Chang's photographs taken after the year 2000, including the Coastal Dunes and Fish Pond series. In the interview, Chang also focuses on the details of his creative process, explaining his technical grasp of color temperature in lighting"-- Foreword from the director of NTMoFA (page 7).
