Abstract
"Spontanaous Alphabet began as a new font designed by Keeley. Inspired by 1960's abstract typography, each letter begets a word, the words are shaped into poetry. This artist's book was printed while Keeley was Artist in Residence at AGA Lab in Amsterdam utilizing risograph and screen printing. Imagery was collected as Keeley explored the city and research assistance was provided by the Rijksmuseum Library. The full alphabet appears as a key in the fold out poster, and the bookmark is a nod to David Bowie, who used a similar algorithm to randomly manufacture words for his song lyrics." - Uit bijgevoegde brief.
