Abstract

'Ochrona Zabytków' is a peer-reviewed scientific journal devoted to the protection of cultural heritage and the conservation and study of historic buildings. The thematic scope of the published articles includes theoretical and practical issues in the following fields: heritage protection, conservation and restoration of monuments, art history, art sciences, architecture and urban planning, landscape architecture, archaeology, ethnology and cultural anthropology, legal sciences, including law in the protection of monuments, heritage management, history, international relations, biological sciences, chemical sciences and physical sciences. It presents articles that contribute to the development of scientific fields related to the protection of cultural heritage. The aim of the editorial board is to create a platform for the exchange of experience for specialists from the region of Central and Eastern Europe and to popularise issues related to the protection of cultural values.
