Liebe: Love = Liefde

Abstract

In 2019 and 2020, the Draiflessen Collection is presenting three consecutive art exhibitions that highlight particular aspects of what the terms faith, love, and hope mean in modern and contemporary times through a consideration of modern and contemporary works of art. The exhibition takes a look at the concept of love, portraying love as a form of (special) social relationship and commitment. The focus is not on love as ephemeral emotion or passionate feeling, but rather on love as a sign of quality in interpersonal relations. 00Exhibition: Draiflessen Collection, Mettingen, Germany (13.01.2019 - 26.01.2020).
