Entry
Model of a three-fold block with an open shell. The sheaves are wheels with four spokes. A large hook turning in both directions is mounted on top.
The identification of this block was by a process of elimination. The handwritten entry in the inventory is also partly illegible.1J.M. Obreen et al., handwritten inventory list for items 944 to 1431, 1884, manuscript in HNA 476 RMA, inv. no. 1089, no. 1055. Blocks of this kind were used in the Russian Navy.
Scale unknown.
