  • De tweede staat van deze prent is gebruikt in: Lavater, Johann Kaspar. Physiognomische Fragmente zur Beförderung der Menschenkenntniß und Menschenliebe. Leipzig en Winterthur: erven Weidmann en Reich en Heinrich Steiner en Compagnie, 1775-1778. Voorgesteld is een overleden kind van Johann Kaspar Lavater. De prentmaker vervaardigde dit portret op basis van een tekening van een onbekende kunstenaar.
