  • Description

    Op een veelhoekig grondje staat de apostel op het rechterbeen en heeft het gebogen linkerbeen schuin naar voren geplaatst, waardoor zijn lichaam iets in die richting doorbuigt. Hij heeft een breed uitlopende baard en een wat bitse uitdrukking. Onder de tot op de grond afhangende toog komen de tenen uit. De mantel, die van de schouders en over de naar voren gebogen armen hangt, is door de ellebogen opgenomen en eerst naar links en vervolgens naar rechts toegeslagen.
