Kees Stoop: leven en werk

Uittreksel

'Kees Stoop, life and work' is emphatically a sketch, based on limited documentation and fairly brief information about the dry facts of his life. The impressions of his personality and his work are based on conversations with Ger Luijten and Lucy Engelen, and lengthy interviews with Dora Jordaan-de Monchy, Hans Steffelaar and Henk Helmantel. Only where relevant are they mentioned by name in the text. I agree with my friend and fellow student Bob van den Boogert: this was an artist who deserved a large audience" - Koen Kleijn.
