It was printed on 148 gsm Mohawk Superfine ... The dust jacket illustration is by John Watts. Copies 221-40 were reserved in sheets for binders. The de luxe copies, numbered 1 to 50, were quarter-bound in leather at The Fine Bindery with marbled paper by Ann Muir on the boards. The Fine Bindery also bound the standard copies.
