This triptych is the earliest known and best-preserved verre églomisé painting (a type of reverse painting on glass) from the northern Netherlands. It is still in its original frame. The donors depicted on the wings are Adriana van Rhoon (c. 1450-1527) and Dirck Pietersz Spangert (c. 1465-1549); she was the abbess and he the chaplain and jurist of Leeuwenhorst Abbey in Noordwijkerhout.

Description
Drieluik met op het middenpaneel het laatste avondmaal. Judas heeft woedend zijn stoel omgegooid, vooraan kauwt een hond op een been. Op de linker zijpaneel de geknielde vrouwelijke stichter Adriana van Roon (ca. 1450-1527) met de heilige Jacobus. Op het rechter zijpaneel de mannelijke stichter Dirk Pietersz. Spangert (ca. 1465-1549) met heilige Maria Magdalena. Op de buitenzijde van de zijpanelen staan de familiewapens van de stichters.
Inscriptions / marks
